CCIS Duisburg embraces hybrid technology
February 18, 2025Two new hybrid-powered container stackers have been delivered to the Duisburg site and are now operational.
The local terminal assisted with the assembly of these machines. They operate partially on electricity, reducing diesel consumption and consequently lowering CO² emissions. A similar machine is already in use in France, where it has achieved significant diesel savings. The acquisition of these hybrid machines will greatly support CCIS in implementing a sustainable strategy.
