Supplier Compliance

These regulations require us to assess and manage risks related to Human Rights, Safety and Security, the Environment, Corruption, and Transparency throughout our supply chain. As part of our commitment, we have implemented a rigorous Supplier Qualification program to assess compliance with these regulations. The first step is to align our values and compliance requirements, either by signing our Partner Charter or by demonstrating that your compliance program is equivalent to ours through the signing of a document confirming the equivalence of your company's policy.

Furthermore, to ensure accountability and transparency in our supply chain, we may implement additional measures, including a CSR questionnaire, regular site visits, or specific questions on minimum requirements and standards in our Requests for Proposals as part of our selection process.

Please note that as a supplier, we apply the same rigorous standards to ourselves to ensure compliance and integrity in all our operations and business relationships.
