As part of CMA CGM Group, CCIS is committed to developing a responsible and transparent supply chain, ensuring strict compliance with applicable laws, including the French Sapin II and Duty of Vigilance laws and other Responsible Supply Chain Acts.

Supplier Compliance

These regulations require us to evaluate and manage risks associated with Human Rights, Safety and Security, Environment, Corruption, and transparency across our entire supply chain. As part of our commitment, we have implemented a strict Supplier Qualification Program to assess compliance with these regulations. The first step involves aligning our values and compliance requirements, either through the signing of our Third-Party Code of Conduct or by demonstrating that your compliance program is equivalent to ours through the signing of a document confirming the equivalence of your company policy.

In addition, to ensure the responsibleness and transparency of our supply chain, we may implement further measures, including CSR questionnaire, regular facility visits, or specific questions on minimum requirements and standards into our Requests for Proposal as part of our selection process.

Please note that, as a supplier, we apply the same rigorous standards to ourselves to ensure compliance and integrity across all our operations and business relationships.
