To this end, it implements the following strategy and actions:

- Actions carried out in 2025, audit of the CCIS application and creation of: audit report, coding tips, design guidelines to help the application teams remediate issues.

The compliance audit conducted by IBM Consulting reveals that:

9. Criteria 6.1 : Is each link explicit (except in special cases)?  
10. Criteria 7.1: Is every script compatible with assistive technologies, if necessary?  
11. Criteria 7.3: Can each script be controlled from the keyboard or any other pointing device (except in special cases)?  
12. Criteria 7.4: For each script that initiates a context switch, is the user warned or does he have control over it?  
13. Criteria 7.5: On each web page, are status messages correctly rendered by assistive technologies?  
14. Criteria 8.3: Is the default language present in every web page?  
15. Criteria 9.1: Is the information on each web page structured by the appropriate use of headings?  
16. Criteria 9.2: Is the structure of each web page consistent (excluding special cases)?  
17. Criteria 9.3: Is every list on every web page properly structured?  
18. Criteria 9.4: In each web page, is each quote correctly indicated?  
19. Criteria 10.4: In each web page, does the text remain legible when the font size is increased by at least 200% (except in special cases)?  
20. Criteria  10.7: In each web page, for each element receiving the focus, is the focus image visible?  
21. Criteria 10.8: For every web page, is hidden content intended to be ignored by assistive technologies?  
22. Criteria 10.11: For each web page, can the content be presented without loss of information or functionality and without resorting to either vertical scrolling for a window with a height of 256 px, or horizontal scrolling for a window with a width of 320 px (except in special cases)?  
23. Criteria 10.12: In each web page, can the text spacing properties be redefined by the user without loss of content or functionality (except in special cases)?  

Criteria 11.1: Does each form field have a label?  

1. Criteria 11.9: In each form, is the title of each button relevant (except in special cases)?  
2. Criteria 11.11: In each form, is the input check accompanied, if necessary, by suggestions for correcting input errors?
